iSurf - the inauguration party.

15th of August was the wrong day for a windsurfing party.
Tensions were running high because of a lack of wind
and readily available local women.  The addition of
rum punch and caipirinhas (produced by the overendowed blond Simona)
turned a dangerous situation into a lethal cocktail.

The party started with an off the lip by the
Chercheons.  This was particularly admired by Jean
Philippe, the house owner.  He had been a little
uncertain what a windsurfing party involved and
whether there was any potential for  damage to his
summer home.  Seeing Luca Ventura's Honda Accord drop off on the
lip of his swimming pool bank removed all uncertainty
and he left confident that his house would never be
the same again.

Next was double elimination fan bronko and ironing
board surfing.  Fan bronko contestants  hurl cushions,
books or anything else to hand into the ceiling fan,
previously set to maximum rpm.  As with ironing board
surfing, points are awarded for exit speed, distance
travelled and damage on impact.

These activities proved insufficient for the hardcore
vandals who convened a destruction committee meeting
around the dining table in the swimming pool.  They
rapidly agreed key action points beginning with
throwing all the remaining tables and chairs into the
pool.  Once the supply of furniture had been exhausted
they moved on to guerilla style kidnappings.  In a
masterpiece of diplomacy the first carefully selected
victim was Nadine, Jean Philippe’s daughter.  She was
taken forecabley from the sweet smile of Matteo and was
next seen emerging from the swimming pool.  Further
poolknappings continued throughout the evening.  Most
notable were Luca’s second helping and Dave who was
removed from his car on arrival and carried directly
to the pool.

The second round of the indoor contest was
bullfighting.  With no bulls on the premises,
contestants improvised, once again with the fan.
Conan, sensing possible defeat in the destruction
stakes by the dentist or Arron, dropped his trousers
and ran naked plus one chair to the poolside.  This
spectacle caused considerable confusion as the few
women who had made it to the party jostled for prime
viewing positions. 

This promted and extended diving / bombing contest
during which the majority of the pool was emptied into
the garden.  From there it was back indoors with most
the remaining water from the pool for a rum drinking
contest.
